Panoweaver 4.00 accepts following types of image:
- Drum Fisheye Image:If you attach DSLR
with Focal length multiplier>1 to Sigma 8mm f4 EX fisheye lens, the two
margins in the final fisheye images will be cut. We call it drum fisheye image
derived from its shape.

- Full Frame Fisheye Image: It has a
180° angle of view only on the diagonal line.

- Full Circular Fisheye Image: It
has a 180° angle of view in all directions.

Note: T refers to Top fisheye image which can be obtained through rotating camera up. B refers to Bottom fisheye image which can be obtained through rotating down. |
Recommendation: 4+T of drum fisheye image.

Shoot drum fisheye image:
Please shoot 4 fisheye image in portrait mode as each image covers 120x180 degrees. Since Panoweaver also accepts 4+top/bottom, you can also shoot up/ down to get the top/bottom fisheye images.

Shoot full frame fisheye image:
Please shoot 6 fisheye image in portrait mode OR 4 fisheye image in landscape mode. Since Panoweaver also accepts 4+top/bottom, you can also shoot up/ down to get the top/bottom fisheye images.

Shoot full circular fisheye image:
Please shoot 2 or 3 fisheye images.


Top/Bottom fisheye image:
Please shoot Top/Bottom fisheye image on the last rotation.
For 4 fisheye, please rotate pano head up and down to shoot at the 4th position.
For 6 fisheye,please shoot up and down at the 6th position.
You should stay with the last rotation. Shooting in some other position will cause an incorrect stitching.
